Executive training for leaders who are done collecting certificates

Most programmes teach theory you already know. Ours surfaces the blind spots that cost your organisation real money — then rewires how you respond under pressure.

"I walked in expecting another leadership retreat. I walked out having restructured how my entire C-suite makes capital decisions." — CFO, Cohort 7, federal infrastructure agency

Before we train, we diagnose

Every engagement begins with a 90-minute diagnostic session. We map how your leadership team actually makes decisions — not how they think they do. This is not a personality quiz. It is a structured audit of information flow, authority bottlenecks and risk tolerance across your senior group.

Decision latency mapping

We measure the elapsed time between when critical information enters your organisation and when a decision is actually made. Most executive teams discover a 3–5 week lag they never noticed, costing momentum on strategic pivots and procurement windows.

Authority overlap audit

Unclear ownership kills velocity. We interview each member of your senior team independently, then compare their answers about who owns which category of decision. The mismatches are always revealing — and often the root cause of stalled initiatives and duplicated effort.

Risk tolerance profiling

We present your team with six scenario-based trade-offs drawn from your actual sector. Their responses reveal whether the group systematically under-invests in opportunity or over-insures against unlikely downside. Neither pattern is wrong — but misalignment within the team is expensive.

How the programme works

Four phases over twelve weeks. No lectures. No slides. Every session is built from your diagnostic data.

Phase one — weeks 1–2

Diagnostic debrief and pattern recognition

We present your diagnostic findings in a facilitated session. The goal is not to embarrass anyone — it is to create a shared, evidence-based picture of how decisions actually travel through your organisation. Participants leave with a personal decision-pattern profile and three specific friction points to observe over the following fortnight.

Phase two — weeks 3–6

Live-fire decision labs

We run four intensive half-day labs using scenarios drawn from your industry. Each lab isolates a different cognitive pressure: time scarcity, incomplete data, stakeholder conflict and sunk-cost escalation. Participants make real-time decisions in small groups while our facilitators capture the process, not just the outcome. Post-lab reviews focus on the moment each leader defaulted to habit instead of analysis.

Phase three — weeks 7–10

Embedded coaching sprints

Each participant receives two one-on-one coaching sessions focused on the specific patterns identified in phases one and two. Coaches observe real meetings (with permission) and provide structured feedback within 24 hours. This is where behavioural change actually takes root — in context, not in a classroom.

Phase four — weeks 11–12

Re-diagnostic and integration

We repeat the original diagnostic. Participants see their own shift in quantified terms. The final session produces a team decision charter — a practical document that codifies who owns what, how escalation works and what information must be shared before key categories of decision are made. This charter becomes a living governance tool, not a shelf document.
